The EU Emissions Annual Application fee is $2,270.00, it covers the following services.
STAGE 1: Complete a Fleet List Form and submit to the European Commission to assign a European Member State.
STAGE 2: Complete an Annual EU Emissions Monitoring Plan Application and submit to the Member State for approval.
STAGE 3: Create account with EUROCONTROL for CRCO Invoices (CEFA). Download and Forward EUROCONTROL Invoices to the operator. Operator will be responsible to submit payment directly to EUROCONTROL.
STAGE 4: Input all Flight Plans on the Final Emission Report and on the Small Emitter Calculator Report.
STAGE 5: Create account with Environment Agency. (if applicable – depending on Member State)
STAGE 6: Submit Supporting Documents to Verifying-Company, once the Annual EU Emission Monitoring Plan has been approved. There will be an additional fee to the operator from the Verifier in the amount of $1800.00 for this process.

STAGE 7: Submit Verification Report along with supporting documents to the Member State for final approval.
STAGE 8: Submit Improvement Report to Member State by the annual due date of depending on Member State, if applicable.
ALL DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES NOTED ABOVE FOR THE EUROPEAN TRADING SYSTEM, MUST BE PROCESSED, COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED ANNUALLY BEFORE THE ANNUAL DUE DATE OF MARCH 31.
